Why the Overpass
Visibility matters. Showing up matters. The Duke Energy Trail overpass crosses Route 19, and every car that passes underneath sees us. That visibility, week after week, is what turns a movement into a presence.
Operation Overpass has become one of the most recognizable grassroots presences in North Pinellas. Blue Wave News Florida recognized the group for the momentum they continue to build. We just keep showing up.
